A simple list of names/teams - one per line - or a CSV formatted list. For example:
First_Name1 Last_Name1, Dojo1 First_Name2 Last_Name2, Dojo2
When using the CSV style, 'Dojo' is only used to try to ensure players/teams,
don't meet someone of the same dojo when doing pools.
